The upcoming International Conference on Chemical Biology and Drug Discovery, with the theme “Interdisciplinary Approaches for Druggable Targets – Chemical Biology 2019, Singapore conference during June 20-21, 2019 is a flagship event for the international organic chemistry community. This organic chemistry symposium provides an international showcase for the core area of organic chemistry – synthesis – covering all aspects of contemporary organic synthesis and providing a forum for the ever more exciting methodologies and strategies that continue to emerge. This Chemistry meeting is organized under the direction of Larix International Pte Ltd, Singapore with the help of top most Chemistry and Biology professors from academia, research institutes, universities and industry from Asia, Europe, USA and Other parts of the world.
This Chemical Biology 2019 Event is mainly directed to PhD students and young researchers coming from both University and Industry, Postdoctoral students. In pharmacology the agonist- antagonist are the type of receptor ligands or drugs which binds to the receptor and mediates the therapeutic response either by activates or blocks the receptor. Agonists activates receptors to produce desired action whereas the antagonists blocks the action of agonist upon the binding to receptor. Inverse agonist causes to action against to that of agonist. Receptors are transmembrane proteins that enable the transfer of chemical signals from the cellular outer microenvironment into the cells, as well as within the cell. An agonist is a mimetic of the natural ligand and produces a similar biological effect as the natural ligand when it binds to the receptor like Ligand-gated ion channels, Tyrosine kinase-coupled, Drug–receptor interaction

Signal transduction modulator

Molecular modelling
The term “Molecular Modelling” serves as an effective tool to visualize and stimulate the three-dimensional structures so as to predict and analyze the behaviour and properties of macromolecules from the atomic level to data mining. This technique paves a way to organize compound properties into the database in order to develop novel drug compounds by performing virtual drug screening. Molecular modelling helps in representing molecular structures using computers with the equations of quantum and classical physics which takes to the discovery of new lead components in drugs. Biophysical technologies
Recent advances in automation and sensitivity of biophysical approaches for measuring biomolecules interacting with one another has spurred progress in drug discovery. Technologies such as nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), surface Plasmon resonance (SPR), other biosensor-based assays, isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC), and thermal shift assays (TSAs) have enabled discovery of compounds targeting protein-protein interactions and complex membrane protein targets. Radio analytical chemistry focuses on the analysis of sample for their radionuclide content. Spectroscopy
Spectroscopy is the process where different techniques are employed to obtain data on the structure and properties of matter which is used for solving a wide variety of analytical problems. Spectroscopy is a study of absorption and emission of light and other radiation by matter, as related to the dependence of these processes on the wavelength of the radiation. More recently, the definition has been expanded to include the study of the interactions between particles such as electrons, protons, and ions, as well as their interaction with other particles as a function of their collision energy. Spectroscopic techniques have been applied in virtually all technical fields of science and technology.
