A. You will receive an email with registration details after the abstract acceptance. Please visit the registration page for deadlines, rates, and other registration information.
A. Once the payment has been received we will email you a registration acknowledgement.
A. Invitation letter is provided, who require an invitation to assist with their travel visa application. Regarding the same you can directly contact the respective conference secretary through an email.
A. Yes, all delegates and speakers are able to get certificates at conference registration desk and are available anytime during the conference.
A. We understand that members who have registered for the conference may have to cancel their registrations due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that cancellation requests for an already confirmed registration will be processed according to the following schedule:
- Before one month of conference: 100% refund (less $20 cancellation fee)
- 15 days before conference: 50% refund
- After conference: No refunds available
